Sunil has graduated in Commerce with Diploma in Hotel Management and is a proficient professional with more than 25 years of rich varied experience in Retail Real Estate encompassing diverse responsibilities such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Retail Design and Fit Out.

In his current position at Lakeshore India Management he is the ‘Head Property (Malls)’ and is responsible for pan India Operations, Retail Fit Out Management, Customer Relationships, Other Revenue Enhancement Initiatives and achieving P&L objectives for operating malls.

Prior to this in the Retail Real Estate business, he was with Vijay Wadhwa Group for their malls. After which he joined as General Manager with Inorbit Malls , thereafter as CEO with Viviana Malls

He started his career with Hotel President (Taj Group of Hotels) and Radha Krishna Hospitality Services (part of Former Compass Group and presently known as Sodexho India) in various positions for Business Development, Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Profit & Loss Adherence for about 9 years.

Besides this, Sunil has won Best Shopping Center Manager Award in 2013 given by Indian Shopping Center Association.

Sunil has from time to time pursued various certification courses from RAI, MECON, ICSC in India and Abroad.
