AMPA PALANIAPPAN, MANAGING DIRECTOR, AMPA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

A third generation serial entrepreneur, AMPA Palaniappan founded and operates a number of different businesses servicing a wide range of industries including Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Plantations and Technology. AMPA started his career in construction and leasing and has built, sold and leased several properties. He possesses Strong business development sense and is a goal-oriented person.

With vast experience in the construction/real estate sectors and associated with the Company since its inception, AMPA is responsible for the overall working and instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He successfully carried out various commercial/residential projects in Chennai and Bangalore and the projects were completed as per schedule catering to the market requirement. He introduced to Chennai – AMPA Skywalk, the first true shopping mall in 2009.
