Unique Positioning: Krishna Bhumi Arcade – India’s First Religious and Cultural Product Mall in Vrindavan by Infinity Group. It is strategically located on the main Vrindavan-Chhatikara Road within the Krishna Bhumi project, a premier 110-acre spiritual township in the sacred city of Vrindavan. Notably, the world’s tallest Krishna temple, the Chandrodaya Mandir, is located right inside our township. In Phase 1 of this township, we have already delivered and successfully sold out approximately 1,000 units, including premium villas and apartments (Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK). Phase 2 is coming up soon with another 2,000 apartments, and construction will start shortly. Within this township, facing the main Chhatikara Road, the first organized retail marketplace is being developed – Krishna Bhumi Arcade. Spanning over 2-2.5 lakh sq. ft., this mall is being launched with a unique positioning as India’s first organized Divinity Mall. The primary drivers –
1. Vrindavan has the highest yearly national and international tourist footfall of around 5 crores.
2. A planned investment of Rs. 30,000 crore by the Government as part of the temple corridor development in the Braj region.Krishna Bhumi Arcade blends a modern retail, dining, and lifestyle hub seamlessly with the spiritual journey. It is a single, organized destination where tourists and residents can find everything they need—from high-end cultural shopping and authentic religious artifacts to premium vegetarian dining and comfortable resting lounges—all under one roof. - Total no of Stores: 543

- Catchment – Primary: Township Residents (Internal Captive Audience): Phase 1: Families and owners of the ~1,000 already delivered and sold-out premium villas and apartments (Studio, 1, 2, & 3 BHK).Phase 2: The upcoming ~2,000 apartments (with construction starting shortly), which will massively scale the permanent, high-spending captive audience.Chandrodaya Mandir Visitors: Devotees and tourists visiting the world’s tallest Krishna temple, located right inside the township, who will naturally step into the Arcade. The Main Road Transit Traffic: Commuters, tourist buses, and private cars driving on the crucial Vrindavan-Chhatikara Road, which acts as the main entry artery linking the National Highway (NH-19 / Delhi-Agra Highway) directly to Vrindavan.Local Neighborhoods (Chhatikara Road & Rukmani Vihar): Residents from nearby premium residential pockets and upcoming colonies along Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg who lack modern retail avenues. No Structured Retail Alternative: Currently, there is not a single structured, organized marketplace in Vrindavan. Shoppers are forced to navigate traditional, highly congested, and unorganized roadside markets like Loyi Bazar and the Old ISKCON Market, which completely lack parking, walking space, and basic hygiene.
The Afternoon “Darshan Gap” (The Ultimate Rest Stop): Temples in Vrindavan close in the afternoon (typically between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM). During these 3 to 4 hours, lakhs of families, elderly pilgrims, and international tourists literally have nowhere comfortable to sit, rest, or escape the harsh weather. Krishna Bhumi Arcade serves as the perfect air-conditioned oasis where they can relax between darshan timings.
Zero Family & Kid-Friendly Infrastructure: Traditional markets offer no proper space for children. The Arcade provides a clean, safe, and hygienic environment with modern food courts and entertainment zones where kids can eat safely and families can unwind together.
The Nightmare of Parking in Vrindavan: One of the single biggest pain points for any tourist driving into Vrindavan is the absolute lack of parking, leading to heavy traffic jams and long walks to the markets. Krishna Bhumi Arcade solves this entirely by offering ample, organized parking options (available on an hourly chargeable basis), ensuring a completely safe and stress-free stop for cars and tourist buses alike.
- Catchment – Secondary: The 5-Crore Annual Tourist Floating Catchment: National and international tourists who crowd the Braj region year-round. Because there is no other organized Divinity Mall in India, it serves as the ultimate, trusted stop for buying authentic cultural products, religious artifacts, and high-quality souvenirs.Core Vrindavan Temple Circuit (4–15 mins away): Pilgrims visiting nearby mega-temples like Prem Mandir (just 4 minutes away), ISKCON Temple, and Banke Bihari Temple.Mathura City Center & Extended Braj Region: The urban population of Mathura (10–15 km away) looking for a modern retail, dining, and lifestyle hub, alongside tourists entering via the ₹30,000 crore government-backed Braj Temple Corridor development zones. The Delhi-NCR & Agra Weekend Crowd: Weekend travelers and affluent devotees driving down via the Yamuna Expressway or NH-19 for quick 1-2 day spiritual trips.
