Manoj is a seasoned professional from the Hospitality and Shopping Mall industry with over 30 years of leadership experience, in his current capacity as a CEO for Viviana Mall, overseeing strategic business planning, churns management to increase efficiencies for retailers and mall, sustains profitable operations through focused budgeting, cost analysis and cost optimization, customer, retailer and internal relationship management, evaluating opportunities for expansion of the group, efficient fund flow management, maintaining public as well as investor relations.

Manoj had his previous stints with L&T (Retail, Malls & Commercial) and Inorbit Malls. At L&T Realty, he headed the Chandigarh’s SBU which included Elante Mall along with a premium office space and 5-star Hyatt Regency Hotel and with his path-breaking achievements in record time was appointed to head the mall operations as part of the L&T’s Hyderabad Metro Rail Project which is the world’s largest Public-Private Partnership Project. At Inorbit Malls, he was heading their entire Mall operations portfolio in the West and South India.

Manoj’s experience also includes holding leading positions in the hospitality sector with companies like Holiday Inn, K. Raheja Group of Hotels, Mahindra Days Inn and the Ashok Group of Hotels (ITDC).

Besides this Manoj has completed his Hotel Management from the premier IHM, New Delhi and completed his Level I and Level II ICSC certifications in Shopping Centre Management as well. He has undergone many professionally enriching programs like Global Leadership Programme, University of Michigan, Strategic Hospitality Management, Cornell University, Shopping Centre Management, ICSC, Green Buildings, CII-IGBC, Total Quality Management, Intercontinental Hotels and Lateral Thinking, Edward De Bono to name a few
