    Qn1. Does payment need to be sent at the same time with the form or can it be send at a later date?
    Ans:  Yes, payment needs to be sent at the same.

    Qn2. What is the last date for registration?
    Ans  We are programming for 35 participants for this workshop, once we have them we shall decide whether to accept more or stop further registrations .

    Qn3. What is the last date by which payment should reach?
    Ans  The last date by which payment should reach us is June 6th, 2010.

    Qn4. In whose name should the draft be made?
    Ans  The draft should be made in the name of Shopping Centres Association of India.

    Qn5. If the workshop has less than thirty five registrations, then what is the action?
    Ans  Shopping Centres Association of India with International Council of Shopping Centres will take a decision in such a scenario.

    Qn6. Can the facilitator handle the mall scenario here in India?
    Ans  Yes, the facilitator has travelled to India on several occasions. Besides he will be visiting India one day prior to the workshop to know more about the mall scenario here in India.

    Qn7. What are the discounts that are available?

    Qn8.Is it necessary to be a member to participate in the workshop?
    Ans  It is not necessary to be a member to participate in the workshop. Even non members can participate in the workshop.

    Qn9. What are the timings for the event?
    Ans  The timings for the June 10th & 11th. 2010 workshop are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

    Qn10. Will hotel accommodation be taken care of?
    Ans   SCAI will not take care of Hotel accommodation. On the basis our conversation with Hotel, they have agreed to offer a rate for the workshop participants at a reasonable rate.

    Qn11. What are the rates for hotel booking?
    Ans   The rates keep changing on a daily basis, thus the same will be intimated to you by Hyatt Regency when you actually block the room along with the credit card information.

    Qn12.What is the maximum number of people who can turn up for the workshop from a particular company?
    Ans  There is no limit to the number of people who can turn for the workshop from a particular company.

    Qn13. Will a refund be given if cancellation is done?
    Ans   Please refer to the cancellation policy as mentioned in the workshop brochure.
